Ingredients

For the crust
  • 24 Golden Oreos finely crushed
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
For the cream cheese layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping 1 cup for the cream cheese layer
For the pudding layer
  • 2 box (3.4 oz each) lemon or vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cup cold milk
For the topping
  • 2 cup whipped topping 2 cups for the top layer
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 dish

Method

Make the crust and chill
  1. Mix finely crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter until evenly combined, then press into the bottom of a 9x13 dish for a firm crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
Build the creamy layers
  1. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and lump-free. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping, then spread over the chilled crust to form an even layer.
  2. Whisk lemon or vanilla instant pudding with cold milk for 2 minutes until noticeably thick. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer, smoothing to the edges.
  3. Spread 2 cups whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer, covering it completely. Keep the surface level so the berries sit cleanly on top.
Top with berries and chill
  1. Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in rows or a scattered pattern across the top for a jewel-bright finish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until all layers are set.
  2. Slice into rectangles and serve cold after the lasagna is fully chilled and firm. Each cut should show crisp, stacked layers.

Notes

For clean slices, chill until fully set (at least 4 hours) and cut with a sharp knife that you wipe between slices. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended for the best texture. For a lighter option, use reduced-fat cream cheese and light whipped topping if available, while keeping the chilling time the same.
